Work visa and work permit

Foreigners who apply for work by telephone in accordance with the Thai Investment Promotion Act and other laws must do so within 30 days from the date of entry into Thailand.
Or within 30 days of knowing that you are allowed to work, you must apply for a work permit by phone. Violators will be fined up to 1,000

If foreigners need to work in Thailand, regardless of whether they have residency in Thailand or not, they must apply for a work permit in advance.

A work permit is a document issued by the Thai Labor Bureau to allow foreigners to work legally in Thailand.
The work visa is issued by the Thai Immigration Bureau. After obtaining the work permit, the original visa will be renewed for one year.
Or a two-year extension! If the visa is extended, the problem of legal residence in Thailand will be solved.

Required documents for applying for a work permit and work visa for foreigners in Thailand are as follows:

  • Application Form description
  • Passport description
  • Non-Immigrant Visa (copy of valid visa) description
  • Photograph description
  • Medical certificate description
  • Proof of education description
  • Letter of certification from the employer description
  • Copy of house registration or lease agreement for residence in Thailand description
  • Business license of the company description
