Prepare documents

You must prepare the following documents and information to register your company:

• Company Name: You must think of at least 3 company names as backups in case the desired name is repeated.
• Memorandum of Association: The content must include the company name, office location, objectives, registered capital, etc.
• Documents related to shareholders: including the shareholding proportion of each person
• Company Director Information: Details of executives and directors
• Company Address: Must be the location where the business is conducted.
• Company seal (if any)
